Maimoona (Mona) Hasan, MD joined the Ci2 3D Lab as Image Visualization Specialist. As part of the 3D Imaging Lab Team, her focus is on 3D post-processing Visualization, and quantification of multi-planar radiological images. She graduated from Akademia Medyczna im. Feliksa Skubiszewskiego w Lublinie (Medical University of Lublin). After graduation she joined the field of academia and started teaching at Virginia Peninsula Community College as an Adjunct Professor, where she taught Anatomy & Physiology Courses with the Biology Department and Certified Clinical Medical Assistant Program at the Workforce Development. She also worked as a Medical Volunteer and Ambassador (COVID-19 Unit) with the Peninsula Medical Reserve Corps at the Peninsula Health Department, VA and she continues to be a part of the PenMRC as a medical volunteer.
In her leisure time, Dr. Hasan likes to spend quality time with her family, friends and pets, enjoys mystery books & movies, along with travelling.
